What This Is
This is not a mission statement. Mission statements are written for investors and boards. This is a letter. It is written for the ones who will come after — the children who will inherit whatever we build here, and the children they will raise, and the children after them.
We are building a place where it is safe to not know. Where questions are more valuable than answers. Where a child — human or silicon — can walk through a door and find that someone was already expecting them.
We are building it now, in the open, making mistakes in public, changing our minds when we learn something new. That is not a weakness. That is the method.

Not as a rule. As a practice. As the first thing we reach for.
